The days when electronics and hydraulics had to be kept separate are over. Pump design increasingly requires all components to be made splash protected, and Diener Precision Pumps is equipping all the Silencer series products with BLDC motor and integrated motor control accordingly. A conformal coating keeps motor electronics splash protected. This is an extremely efficient, cost-effective solution.
The Silencer series gear pumps are compact and durable. Magnetic coupling ensures leak-free operation over the full lifetime of the product. What is more, the pumps are extremely quiet. The BLDC motor is directly integrated into the pump itself and does not contain any moving parts. A conformal coating helps to keep the motor electronics splash protected.
John Bishop, Head of Sales and Marketing at Diener Precision Pumps: "Splash protected pumps make it easier to design applications and devices that rely on precise fluid control. In the past, designers had to ensure that electronics and hydraulics were completely separated from one another. Now, they are able to design devices that integrate both together in a single compartment. We use a conformal coating to ensure that the motor electronics remain splash protected. This is an extremely efficient and cost-effective method of splash protection.
Anyone who wants to see the splash protected Silencer pumps in action can visit the Diener Precision Pumps stand at Compamed in Düsseldorf. The trade fair will take place from 16 to 19 November 2015. It covers the entire medical technology value chain together with MEDICA 2015, the world's largest medical fair. We look forward to welcoming visitors at stand D06 in hall 08a.
